Brian Omondi

Eugennue is the first born in a family of three children. His father is an untrained teacher in an informal school in Kibera and the mother is a casual laborer. Due to insufficient finances to support their son’s high school education, the father introduced Eugennue to the program for support as a form two.

The opportunity to join the scholarship raised hope and Eugennue transferred from his previous informal school to a county school. His dream of pursuing journalism has motivated him to work harder in school, to consult and grow further through his mentor.
